    Article 1

    DATA COLLECTION AND SOURCES

    The PLATFORM only processes data voluntarily entered by the USER.

    User Data

    Email address, profile information.

    Financial Data

    Manually entered income/expenses, uploaded receipt and statement images, investment portfolio information.

    Technical Data

    IP address, device information, and cookies (via Cloudflare and Netlify).

    Article 2

    PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS

    Your data is processed solely for the purpose of providing the PLATFORM's core functions (Analytics, Wallet AI advisory, Calendar, etc.). The COMPANY never sells or shares your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Processing activities are based on the USER's "Explicit Consent" given to use the PLATFORM.

    Your data is stored encrypted in these systems. The COMPANY cannot be held responsible for cyberattacks, data leaks, or technical failures that may occur in these global service providers' systems. By using the PLATFORM, USER accepts in advance that their data is stored in these global infrastructures.

    Article 4

    WALLET AI AND DATA SECURITY

    Conversations and analyses conducted with Wallet AI are processed to develop the model and provide personalized responses to the USER. No response or recommendation generated by AI reflects the corporate view of the COMPANY and Does Not Constitute Investment Advice. Data is anonymized for AI processing.

    Article 5

    DATA SECURITY AND RETENTION

    The COMPANY uses 256-bit SSL and modern encryption methods to ensure data security. However, due to the nature of the internet, 100% security cannot be guaranteed. USER is personally responsible for the security of their own account password. In case of account deletion, all data will be permanently deleted from the system within a reasonable period, subject to legal obligations.

    LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

    The COMPANY is not responsible in any way for damages arising from incorrect data entry, data being obtained by third parties (due to USER fault), or investments made based on financial analyses on the PLATFORM. The PLATFORM is a financial recording tool; it does not provide legal or financial advisory services.

    Article 7

    USER RIGHTS (GDPR/KVKK)

    USER has the right to contact info@walletlify.com to learn whether their data is being processed, request correction, or request deletion.

    Article 8

    CHANGES

    The COMPANY may update the privacy policy at any time for compliance with technological developments and legal regulations. Updates take effect immediately upon publication on the PLATFORM.
