    Article 1

    DATA PROCESSING PURPOSES AND LEGAL GROUNDS

    Walletlify ("PLATFORM") processes income, expense, invoice, investment, and budget data entered by the USER solely for the purpose of providing the tracking, analysis, and Wallet AI advisory services offered by the PLATFORM. This data is processed based on the USER's "Explicit Consent" legal ground pursuant to Article 5/1 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and GDPR principles.

    Article 2

    TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED AND DISCLAIMER

    The PLATFORM processes data in the following categories: identity (email), financial data (spending amounts, portfolio contents), and visual data (receipts scanned via OCR).

    Important Notice

    Financial data is entered into the system entirely at the USER's own discretion. The PLATFORM does not automatically pull data from any institution (Banks, Government systems, etc.) without USER consent. Therefore, the COMPANY is not responsible for the accuracy of the data.

    Article 3

    DATA TRANSFER AND CLOUD INFRASTRUCTURE

    By using the PLATFORM, the USER accepts in advance that their data will be transferred to international standard infrastructure providers such as Supabase, Netlify, Cloudflare, and Lovable for hosting and processing purposes. The COMPANY has no direct or indirect responsibility for cyberattacks, leaks, or technical failures that may occur in these providers' data centers. The COMPANY has limited its responsibility to the security protocols provided by these providers.

    WALLET AI AND NOT INVESTMENT ADVICE DISCLAIMER

    All analyses made by artificial intelligence (Wallet AI) are statistical projections of the entered data. No data, analysis, or AI response provided through the PLATFORM CONSTITUTES INVESTMENT ADVICE. The USER declares and undertakes that they are personally responsible for damages arising from transactions made based on these analyses and cannot seek recourse from the COMPANY.

    Article 5

    DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS (ARTICLE 11)

    The USER has the right to contact info@walletlify.com at any time pursuant to Article 11 of KVKK and GDPR provisions to request deletion of their data, learn whether their data is being processed, and request correction.
